New York State Notary Public · Kings County
I travel to your home, office, hospital or care facility anywhere in Brooklyn and across New York City. Clear prices, quoted before I leave.
I verify identity, witness signatures, and administer oaths. I do not prepare documents or give legal advice.
Powers of attorney, affidavits, contracts, permission letters, and other everyday documents.
Bedside notarizations for patients and residents. The signer must be alert and able to understand what they sign.
Deeds, powers of attorney, and co-op or condo documents, signed at your home or bedside when you can't attend the closing.
Notarization of letters, consents, and other documents for use outside the United States. Need an apostille? I notarize your document, then you take it to the Kings County Clerk and the NY Department of State to finish the process.
Your total has three parts: the notary fee set by New York law, a travel fee, and a time fee for longer appointments. You get a quote before I travel.
